Jazz Fever

Kaden and Spencer turned 6 last November, and for part of their gifts we bought them tickets to a jazz game. They loved the jazz before that and loved watching the games on t.v., but ever since they went to the game they are even more obsessed than ever. They know each player and their number, and Kaden even remembers the scores to all the games he has attended. Luckily for them Andy has a friend who has season tickets and occasionally when he doesn't need them all he gives Andy the opportunity to buy the extras. Of course we can't resist buying them because they love going so much--even Cassidy is now hooked and chose a jazz game over a night of shopping with Mom!! This past Friday Andy's friend had just enough extra tickets for Andy and the kids. As always, they had a blast! As an added bonus, President Monson was at the same game. He had much better seats, row 3, but he definitely deserves it!

The kids at the game in their Jazz shirts. Definitely can't go to a game without your Jazz shirt on.

Not the greatest pictures since Andy was sitting much further away. President Monson is right in the middle of the picture sitting with his wife.

President Monson even stayed after the game to talk to people and take pictures with them.

Finally he gets to leave and go home. I am sure he can't wait to get out of that suit!!

We LOVE going to Jazz games too! That is a great tradition for your kids. How cool that you got to see President Monson. The poor guy will never be able to wear his Jazz shirt to the game!
